ROCKWOOL Rock Chill is high-quality stone wool insulation for over-ceiling applications. It is fully encapsulated in high-durability aluminum foil with a standard thickness of 75 mm (3”). Designed to reflect up to 95% of solar radiant heat and reduce indoor temperatures by more than 3°C.

Maximum safety with Euroclass A1 non-combustible properties. Reduces air conditioner workload and saves over 60% on energy. Easy to install on both smooth plaster and T-bar ceilings.

Installation Tips

  1. Lay RockChill rolls onto the ceiling, ensuring they are tightly joined.
  2. Maintain a clearance of at least 3” (7.5 cm) from downlights or heat-generating electrical equipment.
  3. If the foil is torn during installation, repair it using aluminum foil tape.
  4. Wear gloves during installation for convenience and comfort.
