INSU-BOND T789 adhesive for PE foam and black rubber insulation is a yellow, clear NEOPRENE synthetic rubber adhesive. Compatible with all brands of rubber insulation such as Aeroflex, Maxflex, Armaflex, and PE (Polyethylene) foam such as Miron, Thermobreak, and Trocellen.

INSU-BOND T789 insulation adhesive contains additives that enhance bonding to black rubber insulation. It is self-extinguishing when dry, moisture-resistant, easy to spread, and does not peel.

INSU-BOND T789 meets RoHS and ISO industrial standards to reduce environmental impact and ensure user safety.

Instructions for Use

  1. Galvanized duct pipe surface must be dry and clean free from oil stains
  2. Apply INSU-BOND T789 adhesive to duct pipe surface and black rubber insulation
  3. Wait for adhesive to dry slightly then press insulation to adhere to surface

 

Note

  • Adhesive should be stored in well-ventilated areas away from flames. After use the lid should be tightly closed every time
