2-hour fire resistance capability BS476 Part 20
All ROCKWOOL mineral wool insulation models are tested to EN13501-1 standard and classified as non-combustible material (A1), but only RockSafe Plus passes the 2-hour fire resistance standard BS476 Part 20 for fire-resistant insulation
According to NFPA standards, openings between buildings must be sealed to prevent flame spread. Therefore, openings in curtain walls that are joints between floors must also be sealed
