It has excellent properties providing superior protection against UV rays and other adverse weather conditions with good adhesion and flexibility properties exceeding 400%<\/strong>. Excellent flexibility ensures it will not crack<\/strong> and not peel<\/strong> even when the coated surface is compressed or pressed.<\/p>\n

With additional mold resistance properties, Maxcoat is an ideal high-quality paint providing durable performance for both protective<\/strong> and decorative<\/strong> purposes for both interior<\/strong> and exterior<\/strong> building applications. Application of Maxflex Black Rubber Insulation Paint<\/h3>\n

  1. Clean the surface thoroughly, free from dirt and oil stains<\/li>\n
  2. Apply paint to MAXFLEX black rubber insulation with a clean brush or roller<\/li>\n
  3. If paint is thick, it can be diluted with 5-10% water<\/li>\n
  4. Let paint dry for 2-3 hours<\/li>\n
  5. Apply 1 to 2 additional coats<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
