SCG PCIF comes in pipe sizes from 0.5″ to 18″ with insulation thickness from 25-100mm. Pre-slit lengthwise for easy installation, reducing installation time and labor costs

Installation Guidelines
- For pipe insulation installation, order appropriate sizes using internal diameter for steel pipes (Pipe Size) and external diameter for other metal pipes (Tube Size)
- Install insulation around pipe, slightly notching the inner edge lengthwise for easier fitting
- Cover insulation with stainless jacket or aluminum foil to reduce heat transfer. Using dark surface materials or paint helps reduce surface temperature in high-heat systems and prevents condensation
- For additional insulation thickness, order using the outer diameter of the existing insulation
