SCG Glass Wool Insulation for Roof Heat Protection

The roof is the first part to encounter heat from the sun. In metal sheet roofing, midday temperatures can reach up to 70°C. Without heat protection materials installed under the roof, workers below will feel extremely hot and uncomfortable.

Installation Instructions

1. Weld steel mesh on purlins, lay insulation across metal sheet roof purlins

2. Tie wire on purlins, lay insulation across purlins or tie wire under purlins, lay insulation in roof purlin channels for fiber cement or metal sheet roofs

3. Weld steel mesh under purlins, lay insulation in roof purlin channels for fiber cement or metal sheet roofs

4. Embed anchors and stretch wire, or use barbed tape and caps
