PE Heat Insulation (Non-Crosslinked) is made from injection-molded plastic pellets into long foam sheets, then coated with aluminum foil or metalized film for heat reflection. It is then coated with P.E.T (Polyethylene Terephthalate) plastic to prevent scratches and provide excellent moisture protection (Vapor Barrier).
PE Heat Insulation (M-PE Standard)

Heat Insulation Type M-PE
1. Heat Insulation PE Model GB3
Made from recycled plastic pellets injected into long sheets with dark gray insulation and can be coated with aluminum foil or metalized film
2. Heat Insulation PE Model MS
Made from new plastic pellets injected to have a white texture and can be coated with aluminum foil or metalized film
3. Heat Insulation PE Model FR
This is PE insulation with added flame retardant (Flame Retardant) with cream-white insulation texture can be coated with aluminum foil and metalized film
Heat Protection Method
Uses a double heat protection method, which is reflecting heat radiation and preventing heat from outside into a single material
Heat that contacts the metalized film will be reflected, and underneath the metalized film is high-quality PE heat insulation with a low thermal conductivity of only 0.029 W/m.K, allowing minimal heat flow
In the production process of PE heat insulation, flame retardant and UV protection agents are added, making PE heat insulation last for more than 20 years

- Aluminum foil 1 / 2 sides (95% / 95% + 95% heat radiation reflection)
Applications
In most applications, PE heat insulation is installed under roof structures or ceilings to prevent heat. It can be easily, quickly, and safely installed
