MicroFiber High Temperature Glass Wool Insulation Hi-Temp Series

Price Price range: 850.00 บาท through 4,280.00 บาท

Product Details

MicroFiber Hi-Temp glass wool insulation for high-temperature applications up to 350°C, suitable for steam pipes, kitchen hoods, or heat tanks. Single-sided FR aluminum foil facing, FM Approved, with fire retardant adhesive

For high humidity areas, FRD double-sided aluminum foil can be used for lower moisture permeability

Available in rolls and boards for different applications, density 32K and 48K, thickness 50mm – 100mm

Micro Hi-Temp

Micro Hi-Temp glass wool insulation is designed for high-temperature applications up to 350°C, suitable for boilers, ovens, and high-temperature machinery

Thermal Conductivity

In heat resistance applications, thermal conductivity is crucial. To prevent heat loss, choose insulation with low thermal conductivity – the closer to 0, the better

Water Vapor Absorption

In industrial heat applications, water and moisture can damage thermal insulation. When water and moisture penetrate insulation, they reduce efficiency and increase weight, potentially causing detachment

However, MicroFiber glass wool has been tested for water absorption according to ASTM C411 standard. Test results show water absorption of < 1%, which is very low. When water drops fall on MicroFiber glass wool, they don’t penetrate but form beads on the surface and naturally evaporate

WATER CONDENSE ON GLASSWOOL

Water droplets on glass wool form beads without penetrating the glass wool.

Surface Flame Spread

NFPA (National Fire Protection Agency) standard NFPA 101 Life Safety Code requires material classification into Class A, B, C, tested according to NFPA 255, ASTM E84, or UL 723

Testing provides two values: Flame-Spread Index (FSI) and Smoke Development Index (SDI), and materials are classified based on these values.
