MAXCOAT is a special formula acrylic emulsion paint for coating thermal insulation pipes and sheets MAXFLEX. It has excellent properties for protecting against heat radiation, UV rays, and makes thermal insulation weather-resistant.

 

Insulation Paint Properties MaxCoat

  • High Flexibility 400%: Maxcoat paint has excellent flexibility. When thermal insulation comes into contact with hot or cold temperatures, it will shrink and expand. If the paint has low flexibility, unsightly cracking will occur.
  • Mold Resistance: Mold is another obstacle that occurs in areas with moisture and suitable temperature. However, Maxcoat paint contains mold prevention ingredients, eliminating concerns about mold, fungi, and various diseases that may follow.

Application:

  • Apply to insulation surface 2-3 times
  • 1 gallon covers 36 square meters (1 coat)

Application of Maxflex Black Rubber Insulation Paint

  1. Clean the surface thoroughly, free from dirt and oil stains
  2. Apply paint to MAXFLEX black rubber insulation with a clean brush or roller
  3. If paint is thick, it can be diluted with 5-10% water
  4. Let paint dry for 2-3 hours
  5. Apply 1 to 2 additional coats
