INSU-BOND B19 Black Rubber Adhesive

INSU-BOND B19 black rubber adhesive for bonding foam and black rubber insulation. Compatible with all duct surfaces and black rubber insulation pipes of all brands. Made from special formula black synthetic rubber (NEOPRENE). Enhanced with bonding agents, can be applied in both hot and cold weather conditions.

INSU-BOND B19 has fire-resistant properties when dry according to ISO 3795 standard. Contains bonding enhancers for permanent black rubber insulation adhesion. Environmentally friendly, safe with no volatile substances, lead-free and mercury-free.

INSU-BOND B19 meets ASTM C916-85 TYPE III standard, which is the adhesive standard for air conditioning systems (Standard Specification for Adhesives for Duct). Liquid, easy to apply, mild odor, fast drying, high bonding strength with 25% solid content. Temperature resistant up to 150 ºC.

Instructions for Use

1. Galvanized duct surfaces must be dry and clean, free from oil stains
2. Apply with roller or paint brush evenly over the installation area
3. Wait for the black rubber adhesive to dry slightly, then press the insulation against the surface

Note

Store adhesive in well-ventilated areas away from flames. Always close the lid tightly after use.
