Grey Silicone Coated Fiberglass Cloth

Grey fire-resistant cloth or Silicone Coated Fiberglass Cloth is made from durable, tear-resistant glass fiber. Non-flammable, coated with silicone on both sides to prevent itching during use. Used as fire-resistant canvas or combined with other insulation materials to create Removable Jacket Insulation. Heat resistant up to 550 ºC, 0.5 mm thick.

What is Fire-Resistant Cloth and Heat-Resistant Fabric?

Fabric made from special heat-resistant fibers such as Glass Fiber Cloth, Silica Fiber Cloth, and Ceramic Fiber Cloth. Each type has different heat resistance levels, ranging from 550ºC – 1,260ºC, and should be selected based on appropriate temperature requirements.

Glass Fiber Cloth

Made from glass fiber, heat resistant up to 550 ºC, high tensile strength, non-flammable, carcinogen-free. Suitable for welding canvas, machinery spark protection. Can be cut with a utility knife.

Silica Fiber Cloth

Woven from silica fibers with golden color, heat resistant up to 1,000 ºC, high tensile strength, carcinogen-free, non-flammable. Can be grommet-fitted for fire curtains or used with insulation for Removable Insulation Jacket, or robotic welding arm protection.

Ceramic Fiber Cloth

Made from ceramic fiber, white in color, heat resistant up to 1,260ºC, tear-resistant, carcinogen-free, non-flammable. Commonly used for machinery heat protection or as inner layer in removable insulation systems.
