AC and chilled water pipe insulation

AC and chilled water pipe insulation is used to prevent condensation and maintain stable temperature. For condensation prevention, proper insulation thickness must be selected and all joints must be sealed tightly to prevent condensation

There are 2 types of AC pipe insulation:

Black rubber insulation
Thermobreak insulation

For pipes from 1/8″ to 6″, we use pre-formed pipe insulation. For pipes over 6″, we use sheet insulation cut to size
